Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods 86 cases were randomly divided into 2 group , control group were treated with oral drugs, experimental group were treated with nursing intervention excepting oral drugs, to observe the different of sleep quality between 2 groups. Results The effective ratio of sheep quality in control group is 55% ,experimental group is 95%, there were significant difference between experimental group is better than control group(P <0. 01). Conclusions Nursing interveentian exerted a promotion effect on sheep quality of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis. Key words: Nursing intervention; Reflux esophagitis; Sleep quality
