Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods A total of 137 IgA nephropathy patients admitted by this department from June 2016 to August 2017 were randomly selected.According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into routine nursing group with 68 cases and systematic nursing group with 69 cases. Results There were statistically significant differences in Hb, ALB, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score and MIS score between the two groups(P<0.05). Hb and ALB indexes of patients in systematic nursing group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing group.TCM syndrome score and MIS score were significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group.The scores of emotional function, cognitive function and physiological function in the systematic nursing group were significantly higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05). Compliance and satisfaction of patients in system nursing group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05). Conclusions Systematic nursing scheme for IgA nephropathy patients has good clinical application effect, which can effectively improve patients' satisfaction with the compliance of nursing and nursing effect.
