Abstract

Phase composition and crystallization of polyamide-polyethyleneoxide block copolymers were studied by the calorimetric method. The components of these heterogeneous systems are mutually insoluble in the composition and temperature ranges studied. In crystallization studies, strong mutual effects of the components were observed. The largest changes occurred in PEO, as manifested by atypical low-temperature crystallization, as well as by a pronounced dependence of block-copolymer properties on sample history.
