Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing inter-vention on post stroke depression. Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into the treatment group(40cases)and control group(40cases). All pat-ients in both two groups were given routine clinical treatment, treatment group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention. All patients were evaluated with Hamilton Deprcssion Scale (HAMD)before and after 2 months treatment. Results After 2 months treatment,the effect of the treatment group (90%) significantly compared with the effect of the control group (72.5%)(P＜0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can obviously decrease depression of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Key words: Stroke; Depression; Rehabilitation nursing intervention; Effcct
