Abstract

According to the data obtained, there are changes in data on the number of employees at the company PT. Rezky Service System in the last three years (2021 to 2023). During this period, there were variations in the number of employees engaged in company work. This research purposes to determine the effect of perceptions of organizational support, job demands and job satisfaction on job engagement among PT employees. Rezky Service System. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research was all 45 employees at PT. Rezky Service System and also a sample. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and observation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that partially the variable perception of organizational support, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job engagement among PT employees. Rezky Service System, while the job demands variable has no significant effect on job engagement among PT employees. Rezky Service System and tests conducted for all variables showed that Perception of Organizational Support, Job Demands and Job Satisfaction simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Job Engagement.
