Abstract

The aim of present article is to study the effect of organizational rewards on organizational citizen behavior. This research is practical from goal point of view and is descriptive – measuring from research and data collection regard and is of correlation researches. Statistical society is formal personnel of Mashhad Gas Administration which are more than 300 persons. With regard to Cochran formula, statistical sample volume was estimated 162 persons. In this research we have used existed methods in descriptive statistics such as tables of absolute frequency distribution, average for studying and comparing collected information by means of questionnaire, and in deductive statistic, single sample test and bi-sample tests and variance analysis (ANOVA) were used, which finally for analysis and applying these tests we have used SPSS software and also for factorial analysis and structural equations modeling Amos software was used. Data collection tool are questionnaires in this research. For organizational citizen behavior we have used organ standard questionnaire and for organizational reward we have used verified questionnaire. Totally 62 questions were designed and distributed among statistical sample. Totally the results show that organizational reward affects organizational citizen behavior. Therefore, the organization could increase organizational citizen behavior follow by its humane resource.
