Abstract

Abstract Background and Aim: Innovation in the organization and improvement of job attitudes are among the basic prerequisites for sustainable productivity in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of social capital in the realization of organizational innovation and organizational behavior by explaining the mediating role of sustainable human resource management. Methodology: This research is applied and descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study includes the staff of the National Petroleum Products Distribution Company of Kerman region with 400 people, of which 196 people were selected as statistical samples. In other to collect data was used standard questionnaire. Results: An examination of the research results using the Structural Equation Modeling technique with the help of Amos software showed that The results showed that Innovative staff behavior in organization and organizational citizenship behaviors through social capital directly and as well as indirectly through sustainable human resource management can be realized. Conclusion: Achieving organizational innovation and organizational citizenship behavior depends on promoting social capital and developing sustainable human resource management. management and consequently innovative staff behavior and organizational citizenship behavior.
