Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on enhancement of subjective sense of wellbeing in female patients with urinary incontinence Methods A total of 140 patients were divided into control and study groups.The study group received nursing intervention including health education,psychological intervention,behavioral intervention,family and social support.The effect was assessed six months after intervention.Results Both groups had a higher score in health status.After intervention,subjective sense of well-being was markedly lower in the control group than in the study group ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve sense of subjective well-being in female patients with urinary incontinence.
