Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention to clinical efficacy of nasal polyp endoscopic treatment to patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods We collected 80 cases given nasal endoscopic treatment in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013,and randomly divided them into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Control patients took routine nursing care,observation group used nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing care,the effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.50% in the observation group patients,significantly higher than that in the control group (80.00%),showing statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).Satisfaction rate was 100.00%,in the observation group,which was obviously higher than that of control group as 77.50%,with statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis by nasal polyp endoscopic,the implementation of nursing intervention could improve success rate of treatment as well as the patients' satisfaction with care,worthy for clinical promotion.
