Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 64 cases of young patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI surgery in the hospital were selected. According to the different nursing schemes of the patients, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, while patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing intervention. Patients in both groups received 10 000 steps of quickstep exercise. The compliance, exercise endurance and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of patients in the observation group with 10 000 steps of brisk walking was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the VO2peak, VO2At in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). The RP, BP, MH, RE, VT and SF scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 3 months of nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance and exercise endurance of young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
