Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic operation and traditional operation on sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods Sixty cases of sinusitis with nasal polyps were selected,and divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Endoscopic operation was used in the observation group,and the patients in control group were given the traditional operation therapy.The curative effects were evaluated in the two groups after treatment.Results The clinical effect evaluation in the observation group after treatment:cure,improvement,invalid were 22 cases,7 cases and 1 case,the cure rate was 73.3％,the total effective rate was 96.7％.The clinical effect evaluation in the control group after treatment:the cure,improvement,invalid were 14 cases,8 cases and 8 cases,the cure rate was 46.7％,the total effective rate was 73.3％.There were significant differences in the cure rate and the total effective rate between the two groups.Conclusions Endoscopic operation in the treatment of sinusitis with nasal polyps has high cure rate,and is superior to the traditional operation therapy.
