Abstract

Objective To discuss the influence of laparoscopic cervix cerclage combined with comprehensive nursing intervention on patients' mood and quality of life in cervical incompetence. Methods A total of 33 cases of cervical dysfunction patients who underwent pre-pregnancy cyclization from August 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the research group. A total of 63 cases of cervical dysfunction patients who underwent cyclization during the second trimester of the same period were selected as the control group. The average operation time, the time of hospitalization, the emotional changes before and after treatment, and the quality of life score of the two groups of patients were compared. Results No infection was found in the research group after operation, while that in the control group was 14.28% (9/63), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The mean operation time and hospitalization time in the research group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the decrease degree of Self-rating Anxiety Sale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and increase degree of WHOQOL score were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic cervical cerclage can improve the success rate of operation for patients with cervical insufficiency, and combined with comprehensive nursing intervention, it can effectively relieve patients' mood and improve their quality of life. Key words: Laparoscope preconception cervical cerclage; Cervical incompetence; Comprehensive nursing intervention; Mood; Quality of life
