Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of focusing on nursing model on negative emotion, subjective well-being and postoperative complications of lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer from September 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of each group.The control group was treated with routine care, and the observation group was treated with focused solving nursing model.The negative emotion, total complication rate, total nursing satisfaction and subjective well-being were compared. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Subjective support, subjective support, self-evaluation and subjective well-being were higher in the observation group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Focusing solution nursing model is effective in patients with lung cancer.It can effectively reduce the negative emotion of patients, reduce the total complication rate, improve the total satisfaction and subjective well-being.
