Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing principles nurses’psychological problems after medical dis-putes in the process of clinical nursing.Methods Totaled of 88 patients in our hospital for treatment from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group.44 cases in the control group were given routine nursing. 44 cases in the experimental group were treated with evidence-based nursing measures to care on the basis of conventional nursing meas-ures.The incidence rate of medical disputes and the incidence rate of nurses’psychological problems were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of medical disputes of the experimental group (6.81%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (34.09%), and the incidence rate of psychological problems of the experimental group (11.36%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (36.36%), the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05) .Conclusions The evidence-based nursing principles in the process of clinical nursing can significantly reduce the incidence rate of medical disputes and nurses’psychological problems.
