Abstract

이 연구의 목적은 교육생의 개인적인 특성인 자기주도성에 따라 교육품질이 교육만족도와 직무효능감에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 서울과 경기지역의 기업교육을 수강중인 임직원 120명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자기주도성에 따른 교육품질과 교육만족도와의 관계에서는, 첫째, 교육품질이 교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육품질을 통제했을 때 자기주도성은 교육만족도에 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 교육만족도에 대한 교육품질과 자기주도성의 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 자기주도성이 낮은 집단에서는 교육품질의 높고 낮음에 영향을 받지 않았지만, 자기주도성이 높은 경우 교육품질이 높을 때 만족도가 높았다. 자기주도성에 따른 교육품질과 직무효능감과의 관계에서는, 첫째, 교육품질이 직무효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교육품질을 통제해도 자기주도성은 직무효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 직무효능감에 대한 교육품질과 자기주도성의 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 자기주도성이 낮은 집단에서는 교육품질의 높고 낮음에 영향을 받지 않았지만, 자기주도성이 높은 경우 교육품질이 높을 때 직무효능감이 높게 나타났다.The purpose of this study is to investigate the interaction effect of self-direction and education quality on education satisfaction and job efficacy. The subjects of this study were 120 executives and employees who were taking long-term education for more than two weeks in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, government-consigned corporate education. For this purpose, hierarchical regression analysis and two-way ANOVA interaction effect analysis were performed through spss 28.0. The results are as follow. In the relationship between education quality and education satisfaction according to self-direction, first, education quality had a significant effect on education satisfaction. Second, with control of educational quality, self-direction did not have significant effect on educational satisfaction. Third, There was the significant interaction effect between education quality and self-direction on educational satisfaction. In the relationship between educational quality and job efficacy according to self-direction, first, education quality was found to be positively significant in job efficacy. Second, with control of education quality, self-direction had a significant positive effect on job efficacy. Third, there was the significant interaction effect between education quality and self-direction on job efficacy.
