Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on quality of life of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods From October 2010 in our hospital to October 2009,63 cases of patients with acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage were selected into the treatment group,63 cases were selected at admission into the control group. Patients of two groups were given conventional hemostatic symptomatic care. Patients in treatment group were given comfortable nursing intervention based uplink. Anxiety score during hospitalization, quality of life, satisfaction score, bleeding volume were compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in psychological, social, physical discomfort, anxiety, satisfaction degree between the treatment and control groups (P 0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing for patients with hemorrhage of upper digestive tract could relieve the patient's psychological pressure, improve the quality of life, promote nurse-patient relationship.
