Abstract

Objective To investigate application effect of comfort nursing in patients with plantation of severed fingers.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to investigate influencing factors of comfort for 89 patients with replantation of severed fingers who had received comfort nursing.Self-designed questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to compare patients' satisfaction,anxiety and depression before and after comfort care.Results Patients with different gesture,environment,blood circulation of replanted figures,relieving pain and smoking,diet guidance,functional exercise and psychological factors had different degree of comfort (x2 =3.25,4.03,2.25,4.28,3.08,3.75,3.01,respectively; P < 0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that patients' comfort was mainly influenced by gesture,blood circulation of replanted figures,environment,relieving pain and smoking,psychological factors,diet guidance and functional exercise (x2 =22.202,5.720,5.234,6.189,7.911,9.019,6.218,respectively; P < 0.05).SAS and SDS scores were (45.38 ± 6.37) and (47.16 ± 5.16)after comfort nursing,lower than (55.82 ± 6.29) and (53.83 ± 7.26) before comfort nursing,and the differences were statistically significant (t =3.735,3.261,respectively; P < 0.05).Patients' satisfaction was 89.89% before and improved to 98.88% after,and the difference was statistically significant (x2 =2.946,P < 0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing mode can effectively reheve patients' psychological pressure,improve patients'degree of satisfaction with nursing,so as to improve the effect of clinical nursing.
