Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Clark comfortable nursing mode on self- efficacy of patient with osteoporosis. Methods 100 patients with osteoporosis were selected and randomly divided into nursing group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care mode and received Clark comfortable nursing care mode on the basis of routine nursing care mode in nursing group. Self-efficacy and quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared before nursing and after three months of nursing. Results After 3 months nursing, GSES scale score of nursing group was significantly higher than that of before care and control group(P<0.05), the patients'daily living abilities, social skills, depression and anxiety psychological state and total score of nursing group were lower than those of before nursing and control group(P<0.05). Satisfaction of nursing care of nursing group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Clark comfortable nursing mode could effectively improve self-efficacy of patients with osteoporosis, improve the quality of life of patients and nurse-patient relationship, increase satisfaction of nurse.
