Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing on the anxiety - depression state of barrenness patients after interventional therapy. Methods 116 barrenness patients induced by oviduct occlusion were randomly divided into observation and control groups, each group had 58 cases. The patients of control group were given routine nursing, and the patients of observation group were given comfort nursing. SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the emotion state before and after treatment. Results The scores of SAS and SDS of observation group were decreased after treatment than before treatment and decreased than those of control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Comfort nursing could reduce the anxiety - depression state, increase the degree of comfort, and keep good nurse - patient relationship,promote the patients' recovery, enhance the quality of nursing.
