Abstract
目的 探讨管状视野晚期青光眼复合式小梁切除术的效果.方法 对78例(93眼)晚期原发性青光眼行复合式小梁切除术,术中应用0.2 mg/mL的丝裂霉素及巩膜瓣可拆除缝线技术.结果 术后平均随访18月(7～60月),术后6月眼压＜21 mmHg者86眼(92.47%),眼压＜15 mmHg者72眼(77.42%)(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),无严重术中术后并发症发生.结论 复合式小梁切除术是治疗管状视野晚期青光眼的有效方法,能较好地保存残存的视功能。
