Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been shown to increase morbidity and mortality after repair of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and has a negative impact on long-term survival of patients undergoing aneurysm repair. This study further analyzes the association of CKD severity with the perioperative outcomes of open aortic repair (OAR) and fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair (FEVAR) of complex AAA (cAAA; juxtarenal, suprarenal, and supravisceral AAAs).
