Abstract
The results of comparative studies of the effect of modified layers with carbide particles obtained from powders of niobium, titanium, silicon, and tungsten carbides on the impact strength characteristics of 12Kh18N9Т (AISI 321) stainless steel are presented in this research paper. The coatings were formed by the method of non-vacuum electron-beam surfacing.
