Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods The related data of patients with diabetic nephropathy in Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from July 2016 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Ninety-six patients with diabetic nephropathy who met the inclusion criteria were selected, and they were divided into observation group (treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin, n=50) and control group (treated with benazepril, n=46) according to the adjuvant treatment method. The blood glucose control in the two groups was observed, and levels of blood rheology, level of renal function damage index and drug safety of two groups were compared. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the improving amplitude of the blood glucose, blood rheology and renal function damage indicators in observation group were all better than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusions Benazepril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy not only has a good control effect on blood glucose and urinary albumin excretion, but also can effectively improve the local renal microcirculation and delay the progression of renal parenchymal lesions. Key words: Benazepril; Atorvastatin; Diabetic nephropathy; Hemorheology
