Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with bisoprolol on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods Sixty-three patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects and were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (31 cases). All patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention, and the observation group was treated with aspirin combined with bisoprolol after surgery, while the control group was treated with aspirin alone. The cardiac rehabilitation of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment with different regimens, the cardiac functional parameters [left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD), and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)] of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The ratio of normal diastolic function in the observation group was 68.75%, significantly higher than that in the control group (41.94%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with bisoprolol can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention, and promote their cardiac rehabilitation, which is worth promoting.
