Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing in operation room,in order to provide reference for future clinical nursing work.Methods Randomly selected 120 patients undergoing elective operation in our hospital from January to December 2012 (control group,clinical routine nursing)and 120 patients from January to December 2013 (observation group,humanistic nursing).Compared anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction,patients' compliance of two groups.Results Anxiety and depression state in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P < 0.05),patients' evaluation on nursing staff's service attitude,nursing work were obviously higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).The compliance in observation group was higher than that in control group (100% vs.88.33%,P < 0.05),nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than in control group (98.33% vs.80.83%,P < 0.05).Conclusions Humanistic nursing can effectively improve anxiety,depression and other negative mental state in perioperative patients and patients' compliance,reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse events,improve patients' satisfaction on nursing service,reduce the rate of complaint,improve the quality of nursing.
