Analysis of the effect of whole seamless nursing in operating room nursing and its influence on prognosis of patients

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of whole seamless nursing in operating room nursing and its influence on prognosis of patients. Methods 126 cases of surgical patients in department of general surgery in our hospital were collected as the subject investigated,all were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, 63 cases in each group.The control group received conventional operating room nursing, the observation group received whole seamless nursing,the nursing effect and prognosis of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of observation group was (3.6±0.5) points,the heart rate was (70.9±1.2) beats/min, SBP was (120.3±3.2) mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), DBP was(83.2±3.1)mmHg, cortisol was (501.2±182.3) ng/L; the VAS score of control group was (5.0±1.2) points,the heart rate was (78.9±1.5) beats/min, SBP was (143.6±3.5) mmHg,DBP was (91.4±4.6) mmHg, cortisol was (578.6±189.5) ng/L,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=2.336-38.997, P < 0.05); The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was3.17%(2/63), 95.24% (60/63),and it was 14.29% (9/63) and 80.95% (51/63) in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05); The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores in observation group were (45.3±4.2) points and (46.2±1.3) points, the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and first ambulation time were (2.1±0.3) d and (3.6±0.8) d; The SAS and SDS scores in control group were (53.2±2.6) points and(56.4±1.8)points, the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and first ambulation time were (4.4±0.6) d and (6.3±0.7) d, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=12.694-36.463, P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of whole seamless nursing in operating room nursing can improve the prognosis of patients, improve postoperative mental state of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
