Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of E-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Malang City Government, and analyze the obstacles to the implementation of E-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in Malang City Government. The re- search method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive models. The results showed that in general the implementation of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the City Government of Malang was effective as evidenced by the implementation of transparent and accountable tenders that made it possible for loyal agencies / companies to take part in the tender. the web. However, there are several obstacles, namely duplicate positions, poor human resources and infrastructure that is less supportive.
