Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to explore the factors that cause poverty and the impact of rural sports facilities on the level of public education in eight poverty-stricken municipalities. Method: Literature review and field research methods were used. Results: An in-depth analysis of the relationship between poverty, behavior, and consciousness was also performed. The study concluded that there was a certain relationship between the change in sports behavior and the occurrence of poverty. Poverty will cause a lack of people’s ideology, but the positive attributes of sports can give people a sense of competition in life, which can help to change poverty. The change in sports consciousness can lead to the change in sports behavior. . Poverty can affect people’s sports behavior and sports consciousness. Conclusion: In the future, poverty alleviation should be taken as the breakthrough point to arouse new and higher social attention through changing behavior and consciousness, improving the service value system of sports from multiple levels, and establishing a quantifiable sports model.
