Abstract
This volume 2, number 4 includes three scientific articles that contribute to the transparent and equitable dissemination of science in open access. These original indexed articles address the physicochemical and microbiological analysis of honeys sold in supermarkets in Cotonou (BENIN), the investigation of Aflatoxin B1 in Food Product of Animal Origin marketed in 2019 in Yaoundé-Cameroon and the study of the quality of omeprazole-based drugs marketed in Senegal.
