Abstract
The article discusses the implementation and benefits of Team-Based Learning (TBL) at Alfajr College for Science and Technology (ACST) in Sudan. TBL is a small-group learning method that focuses on applying course concepts to solve real-life problems, rather than just learning about them. The article outlines the steps involved in implementing TBL, including the preparation phase, in-class activities, and the final team application phase. ACST has successfully adopted TBL in all of its ten programs and has also conducted training workshops on TBL for other institutions. The article includes a study that shows the positive perception and satisfaction of medical students towards TBL at ACST.
