Abstract

Diaphragmatic dysfunction is a one of the causes of respiratory disorders, reduced exercise tolerance, shortness of breath, which can’t be explained by other diseases. The article highlights issues of etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of this disease, which is rare.By the example of a clinical case were demonstrated the difficulties of diagnostics, the need for additional research techniques, the efficiency of which will depend on choosing the right direction.
