Journal of the American Society for Naval EngineersVolume 71, Issue 1 p. 83-86 DYNAMICAL STABILITY ON BOARD GUILLERMO ESCALANTE, GUILLERMO ESCALANTE GUILLERMO ESCALANTE graduated in Civil Engineering from University of the Litoral (Argentine) in 1944, and in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from University of Buenos Aires in 1946. He has served in the Argentine Navy, in the Naval Constructors Corps for eleven years. In 1949 he was doing a training period in submarine repairs at Philadelphia Navy Yard, and another one in ship construction at New York Shipbuilding Corp., Camden, N.J.
