Abstract

A mixed-spin (5/2, 3/2) Ising model was proposed to investigate the antiferroelectric/ferroelectric (AFE/FE) bilayer under a time-dependent oscillating electric field. Based on Monte Carlo simulation, the effects of exchange interaction, anisotropy, and external electric field on the electric properties of the system, including dynamic order parameter, electrical susceptibility, internal energy were studied in detail. We found the phenomenon of multi-saturation values of the dynamic order parameter. We plotted the phase diagrams of the critical temperature of the system under the influence of different parameters as well. Moreover, the hysteresis behavior of the system was studied and the rich multi-loop electric hysteresis behavior was found.
