Abstract

Direct electrochemical determination of double-stranded DNA fragments obtained as a result of polymerase chain or recombinase polymerase reactions, using deoxyuridine triphosphates modified by the aromatic group of tyrosine as a substrate, was used to detect the causative agent of potato bacteriosis Dickeya solani.
