Abstract
Summary Dienophyl compounds are effective inhibitors of resin formation in petroleum distillates containing diene hydrocarbons. These dienophyls reduce 3 times and more the proportion of resin-forming products of oxidation, but do not affect in practice the induction period of oxidation of the fuel.
