Abstract
Three work ethic scales were used in this article to measure the relationship between biographical and academic variables with regard to the work ethic of pregraduate students. Student subcultures were identified by making use of a cluster analysis, and the relationship between biographical and academic variables with regard to these subcultures were tested.
