Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram in myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD). Methods Eighty elderly patients with CHD admitted Jinan to Central Hospital from February 2018 to September 2018 were randomly selected. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The routine electrocardiogram was performed for the control group, and the 12-lead dynamics was performed on the observation group. The results of examination of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rate of myocardial ischemia in the observation group (80.0%) was higher than that in the control group (52.5%, P 0.05). Conclusions The 12-lead dynamic electrocardiogram can detect transient abnormal electrocardio-gram changes, and has a high detection rate of arrhythmia and myocardial ischemia, which can be used as an auxiliary diagnosis method for CHD. Key words: Twelve-lead dynamic electrocardiogram; Coronary heart disease in the elderly; Arrhythmia; Myocardial ischemia
