Abstract
Objective To report the diagnosis methods and clinical treatment effects of femoral artery damage.Methods From January 2005 to December 2009,24 patients with femoral artery injury were treated.Injured arteries were repaired by suturing directly,by end-end anastomosis and by saphenous transplantation.Results In cases,24 survived.The blood flow rate and the diameter of blood vessel on the affected limbs were not different from that of normal limbs by colorful Doppler blood flow monitor.All cases recovered satisfactory limb function.Conclusion To treat the patient shock and microsurgical repair of the injured blood vessel are the key points of making earlier diagnosis for femoral artery damage Key words: Femoral artery injury; Microsurgery Repair; Transplant
