Development of forms of agricultural land use in Russia in the post-perestroika period

Abstract

The article discusses the formation and development of forms of agricultural land use after the introduction of private ownership of land. The impact of the reform of the agro-industrial complex on the types of use and organization of the use of agricultural land in the Russian Federation is assessed. The reasons preventing the effective use of lands of this category are investigated. Negative factors contributing to the emergence of unemployment in rural areas, the outflow of the working population to cities and the depopulation of rural areas have been identified. The reasons for the implementation of agricultural activities of a focal nature are indicated. The ways of solving problems within the framework of an integrated scientific and industrial approach of targeted value are proposed.
