Abstract
The currently, the tasks of finding the optimal solution, choosing the best alternative from a variety of possible actions are urgent. An effective method to support decision-making is functional cost analysis. The article presents the results of the development of an information system for decision support based on the method of functional and cost analysis, which allows increasing production efficiency and reducing costs. The task of improving the quality of management decisions and achieving the growth of management efficiency is being solved.
