Abstract

The results of a detailed analysis of the main information flows in a gas distribution company and the features of workflow automation when working with clients are presented. Algorithms for optimizing business processes based on the implementation of an IT-project have been developed. The proposed algorithms for interaction with clients and ways of organizing the company’s information space will improve the quality of customer service and the efficiency of organization management.
