Abstract
주체성-대상성-자율성 자기 이론(이누미야, 2004)은 한국인과 일본인의 심리적 차이와 같은 동일 문화권(동아시아 집단주의문화)내의 상이한 심리적 양상을 설명할 수 있는 새로운 자기관 모델로 제시되었으나 이러한 자기관을 측정하기 위한 도구는 아직 없다(이누미야, 김윤주, 2006). 따라서 본 연구에서는 주체성-대상성-자율성 자기 개념을 측정하는 신뢰롭고 타당한 척도의 개발을 시도하였다. 연구 결과, 주체성-대상성-자율성 자기 척도의 양호한 신뢰도와 타당도를 지지하는 증거를 얻었다. 주체성 자기, 대상성 자기 및 자율성 자기를 측정하는 각각 6문항의 척도에 대한 신뢰도 분석의 결과는 양호한 내적 일관성을 시사하고 있으며, 주성분분석의 결과는 각 척도의 1요인성을 강하게 시사하고 있다. 아울러 상호독립적-상호협조적 자기관 척도, 자기존중감 척도, 및 대인관계 형용사척도(KIAS-40)와의 상관관계를 분석한 결과는 다른 변인과의 관계에 기초한 타당도의 충분한 근거로 간주할 수 있는 것이었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구방향을 논의하였다.
