Abstract

An algorithm for multi-position temperature control at the stage of preheating raw materials supplied to the digestion bioreactor of a biogas installation is considered. Transient processes in the heating process control system using tubular electric heaters with various powers are studied. The purpose of the work is to ensure the specified temperature of the raw material at the stage of its preheating before loading into the bioreactor-methane tank. This purpose achieved by ensuring the requirements relative to quality indicators of thermal process control, the time of temperature rise in the transient mode and the accuracy of temperature stabilization in a steady state under various external disturbing influences.
