Elimination of problems related to the ERP system is essential for the secured functioning and development of the enterprise. The authors assume ERP projects have the same nature as any other software projects, acquiring the same signs of failure, success, risk and challenges. Ineffective project management techniques could be recognised as the intrinsic risk factors while accurate project management (PM) practice determination is definitely one of the key influencers of success.
