Abstract
The article is devoted to the study and determination of the optimal organizational structure of the technical service of a processing enterprise («Komos-Milkom» PP «Izhmoloko»). Competent organization of the structure of the technical service allows one to optimize the recovery time of production equipment, excluding its downtime. The purpose of the study is to select the optimal organizational structure of the technical service of a processing enterprise. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks are solved: identifying the shortcomings of the existing structure of the technical service and its composition; optimization of the organizational structure of the technical service with the suggestion of the optimal composition of units (teams) based on interpersonal relationships in order to increase productivity and quality of unit management. In the process of research, general scientific research methods were used, including a systematic approach, methods of comparison and grouping. The organizational structure of the technical service of a processing enterprise proposed by the authors allows optimizing the quantitative composition of the service, while this structure becomes universal and mobile in terms of accelerating the ongoing repair and maintenance activities in relation to technological equipment. The proposed structure makes it possible to improve the quality of service by both increasing the responsibility of employees, and through transparency and optimization of the structure of the technical service.
