Determination of rational regulations of diesel engine fuel supply equipment when working on biomineral fuel mixtures

Abstract

The object of research is an experimental installation consisting of a D-245.5S2 diesel engine and a RAPIDO SAK N670 electric brake stand for operation on pure diesel fuel and on multicomponent biomineral fuel mixtures (BMFM): BMFM-10, BMFM-25. The research objective is to study the effect of different content of additives of Barbarйa vulgбris oil and ethanol in BMFM on effective and toxic indicators. The purpose of the study is to determine the rational adjustments of the fuel pump YAZDA-773-40.28 diesel D-245.5S2 when it is operated on BMFM-10, BMFM-25. Research methods — experimental testing by conducting bench tests according to GOST 18509—88.
