DETERMINATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE COOPERATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

In the article the research of definition of efficiency of management of logistical maintenance of development of innovative cooperation in new model of circular economy is carried out. It is substantiated that due to economic modernization on the basis of innovation there is a transformation of innovations, technological and organizational innovations into the main factor of development of the new model of circular economy. It is the innovative business entities that are involved in innovative cooperation and produce an innovative product that are able to carry out technological renewal of production potential and accelerate the development of high-tech activities. It is proved that territorial asymmetries are discrepancies between the functioning of individual components of innovative development of regions in the structure of the country's economy. This is a consequence of varying degrees of efficiency of the territory, when the problem of one territory goes beyond the established parameters and causes an imbalance of the entire socio-economic system. Identifying an effective criterion for grouping territories by level of innovative development allowed to form a methodical approach to eliminating disparities in the development of innovative cooperation of the country and increase the level of innovation orientation of Ukraine's economy. Hypotheses of dependence of rates of economic growth of territories on development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy are formed. The analysis of regional development according to these hypotheses allowed to identify problem areas in the economy of Ukraine and determine in which regions, first of all, the level of state control over the development of innovation cooperation in a circular economy should be increased, more precisely, the choice of funding formation of directions of introduction of innovations, efficiency of the carried out innovative projects and their necessity for maintenance of steady social and economic development of region. The model of connection between the investigated factors of balance of development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy and the level of gross regional product is constructed. The characteristic of efficiency of logistical maintenance of development of innovative cooperation in the conditions of circular economy is given.
