Abstract
Possible applications of GFAAS Zeeman analysis in the determination of 15 trace elements in elemental ultrapure As for electronic use are examined. Detection limits are in the order of 10-50 ng g-1 for most elements analyzed without preliminary treatments. Furthermore, problems regarding terminology and procedures employed in data presentation and definition of product purity are discussed.
