Abstract

Under the background of big data, human resources management not only ushered in new opportunities, but also faced with more and more severe challenges. We need to do a good job in time to ensure the effectiveness of human resources management. This paper analyses the problems in human resource management of enterprises in our country. Aiming at this problem and the analysis of big data, this paper designs a human resource management system based on SOA architecture, which can effectively solve the management of human resources under the modern enterprise system. The system has a certain practical reference for the management of human resources.
