Abstract
Migration and diffusion of oil spill in sea is an extremely complex issue by the impact of the oil features and a variety of environmental factors, undergoing expansion, drift, evaporation, dispersion, emulsification, dissolution, photo-oxidation, biodegradation and their interactionsand many other processes ，at the same time has a direct relationship with the local meteorological conditions and law motionofseawater.
